Privacy Policy
This policy covers berdyh.com and its waitlist pages (ttc.berdyh.com, time-manager.berdyh.com). The apps hosted at email-agent.berdyh.com, tab-organizer.berdyh.com and readable.berdyh.com are separate products. Each has its own privacy policy on its own site.
Short version: I collect as little as I can, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Who is responsible
Shokhrukh Berdikobilov (Shoh Berdy), an individual developer based in Uzbekistan. Contact: hello@berdyh.com.
What I collect
- Visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, referrers, country, and browser type. It sets no cookies and does not identify you or track you across sites.
- Waitlist sign-ups. If you join a waitlist, I store your email address, which product you signed up for, and when, plus any answers you choose to give to the two optional questions after confirming. I use it only to confirm your sign-up and to tell you when that product opens.
- Emails you send me. Messages to an address at berdyh.com, and messages from the contact form or the site guide, reach my personal inbox with your email address so I can reply.
- Questions to the site guide. When you type into the guide on berdyh.com, your messages in that conversation are sent to an AI model to write the answer. The conversation is kept on Cloudflare so the guide can follow it, and is deleted automatically one day after it starts. Don't put anything sensitive in it.
- Server logs. Cloudflare briefly keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page) for security and to keep the site running.
I do not use advertising, tracking cookies, or data brokers.
Who processes it for me
- Cloudflare: hosting, DNS, security, analytics, and email forwarding.
- Resend: sends waitlist confirmation emails and delivers contact-form and guide messages to my inbox.
- OpenRouter, and the AI model provider it routes to (currently NVIDIA, on a free model): answer questions asked in the site guide. Providers of free models may keep requests and use them to improve their models.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They handle it only to provide their service to me.
How long I keep it
A sign-up that is never confirmed stops being able to confirm after 14 days and is kept, marked unconfirmed, so I can see how many people tried to join. It gets no further mail. Ask me and I'll delete it. Confirmed waitlist emails are kept until the product launches and you've been told, or until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them, whichever comes first. Messages you send me stay in my inbox until I delete them. Analytics are kept in aggregate only.
Your choices and rights
Every waitlist email after the confirmation has a link to leave the list. You can also email hello@berdyh.com to see, correct, or delete anything I hold about you. I'll answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
These pages are not aimed at children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date above. If a change affects how your waitlist email is used, I'll email you before it takes effect.
